The Best Way to Learn To Drive
When I was learning to drive I found that the best way to learn was with a mixture of professional driving lessons and some time heading out with friends and family just getting confidence on the street.

Driving lessons can seem expensive. If you are confident in the car you may think that just driving with friends could be all you need to move your driving test. However, unless you are an expert on what the driving examiners want from you, you could find that just being a confident driver on the street isn't enough.

Experienced driving instructors will get you used to driving around the test routes so that when you have your test the streets won't be unfamiliar. They will also go through all the manoeuvres that you will need and make sure you are confident with each one before making use of for the test. But the main thing they will give you that can't be learnt from a book or website is the secrets of what driving examiners want. You will learn the right pace to drive, how confident to appear and the attitude you should have when doing your test.

In the United kingdom you do not have to take your test in a dual control car, but you will need to get in touch with a professional driving instructor at some point anyway. You can do it early on just to get a bit of confidence or you can depart it till nearer your test so you get used to driving a different car and benefit from the tips they can give you. Whichever it is driving schools can be a great deal of help.
